How long does an engagement take?

Who owns the IP?
You do. Code, models, and documentation transfer to you on final payment. Standard MSA + work-for-hire clause; we sign your DPA on request.
Can we sign an NDA before scoping?
Yes — mutual NDA before the first scoping call. Standard form or yours.
What if you don't ship on time or on scope?
Fixed-scope projects are fixed-price; vendor-side overruns are on us. Client-side scope changes go through the change-order process.
What about security and compliance?
We follow SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls in client engagements. DPA available on request. For regulated workloads we work inside your environment, not ours. (Last reviewed 2026-05)
How do we communicate during the engagement?
Daily standup or async equivalent in your tools (Slack, Linear, Jira). Weekly review with the named buyer. Code in your repo.
What happens after handoff?
